• What is Simplex?

  Simplex is a type of warp knit fabric construction. Simplex is traditionally created using 100% polyester, however due to its unique structure, the fabric has mechanical stretch in which makes it extremely versatile.

• What types of fabric do you offer?

  Traditional polyester Simplex, powernet, satin, tricot, charmeuse, mesh, tulle, stretch fabrics, technical fabrics (Coolmax, Aerocool, Thermocool)

• Where are your fabrics made?

  All our fabric is knitted in our Nottingham factory. We are able to dye and finish our fabric in the UK and Sri Lanka. Our overseas units allow us to speed up the lead time for customers closer to these locations.

• What is the minimum order quantity?

  Dyed Fabric:
  Our standard dye lot is 600m, however the minimum order quantity is 200m with surcharge. We are also able to offer a 50-80m sample size for smaller quantities.
  
  Sublimation Prints:
  We can offer sublimation prints on any of our popular polyester or polyester/elastane print bases. We can print your own designs or you can select from our extensive range of trend prints which can be viewed in the print gallery.  We offer small MOQs. Please contact our sales team to discuss your requirement.

• How can I pay for my order?

  We offer 30 day credit terms, subject to the relevant credit checks. Payment can be made via direct transfer to one of our bank accounts in the following currencies: GBP, EUR, USD, RMB.

• Can you print my own design?

  Yes - you would need to send us your design in TIFF format, and ensure that the design is seamless so that it repeats on the fabric.

• Can you send me a sample?

  Yes absolutely - please see our sample order page on our website, and browse through our fabrics. Alternatively please give our sales team a call to discuss your requirements and we would be happy to send you a sample hanger of fabric.

• Do you have a colour palette?

  No - we have our own dye lab here in our factory – we offer a bespoke lab dye service to match a shade for you. We match shades using a physical sample from you, or you can select using ‘Pantone’ shades.

• What is your lead time?

  For standard fabrics, the lead time is approximately 6-8 weeks from lab dye approval. Special finishes may require an extended lead time, so you would need to account for 2-4 weeks in addition for these.

• How do I place an order?

  Once you have finalised your fabric selection and know your quantities, please send your order to on your company’s headed paper. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation of your order.

• Can you arrange shipping?

  Shipping: Bulk Orders:

  The EXW (EX Works) term will be quoted on all orders and will appear on your order confirmation.

  When the goods are ready to ship they will be available for collection from our factory. Your forwarder can arrange collection and organise shipping to your desired destination.

  Shipping: Sample Orders:

  We are based in the UK but post and ship Worldwide. Postage and shipping charges are based on size, weight, value and will vary according to your sample order. We believe shipping charges should be reasonable and fair and will contact you with prices, options and any charges for your approval. We will not place an order without your approval.

  We ship to any country serviced by Ups, FedEx and DHL so you can easily arrange collection using your own courier account and for your peace of mind we will send you full tracking details.
